When you press insert+F1, or one of the other keys that Speakup binds to 
itself, then Speakup will load the module if needed, and go into 
essentially a training mode.  Think of it as the keyboard help mode in 
JFW, or the learn mode of the BNS and similar products.  In other words, 
for each Speakup command you press, you will be told what it does, and 
that's it.  To get out of this mode, press space.  It also lets you use 
the arrow keys to scroll through all possible commands.
