proftpd

[Glenn at home]

I wondered about that, but, it sounded like it tried 2 different mirrors on 
its own.
Oh well, it's too late, I installed vsftpd.
One thing though, when I try the command:
ftpwho
It comes back with an error as no such command.
How else can I check to see who is on the server?

You could just be connecting at a busy time.  If you continu to have 
problems,
run apt-setup as root and pick a different merror.
