Modified Fedora Installation

I am trying to install the modified Fedora Core, but
my computer won't boot from the first installation
disc. I downloaded the boot disc, and I can boot from
it, but when it asks where I am installing from, it
says the install discs are different from the boot
disc, and it won't go any further. Does anyone know
what is causing this?
