Nick,

Get into Lynx (any screen will do) and type 'h' for help. You can learn
more than you want to know there.

To download, highlight the link you want to download and type 'd'. If
you press 'enter' on a link that cannot be displayed, you will be asked
to type 'd' to download, or 'c' to cancel.
