Reflector Gone?

Oh where has the reflector gone?  I tried both the regular reflector
and the test deal (echo serve) and I get nothing back.  I can type 'w'
and get a good size list of people on the server but hear nothing.  I
have not changed any router settings in months and I was on the
reflector a week ago with no problems.  Did the reflector move after
the site came back up? If so, what address should I be using?
