Anything similar to this CD that talks for blind users?

I second the recommendation of GRML. Although I run FC4 on multiple
systems, the totally CD based GRML system is a great tool for use on
non-Linux systems. It offers an easy way to run Linux with no installation
effort. The Grml tools can even be useful for doing maintenance on a
Windows system. Even without speech, it can be booted for ssh access from
another system. Just wait for the CD to go quiet and type ssh=x. That
activates an ssh daemon with 'x' as the ssh password

Your life is like a penny. You're going to lose it. The question is:
How do
you spend it?
