OOPS, over site on my part. 

I tried to put the mbrola files in your incoming directory this morning,
but it timed out on me. 

The files you are looking for are:
festvox_en1.tar.gz
festvox_us1.tar.gz
festvox_us2.tar.gz
festvox_us3.tar.gz

I can't remember wher they are located, but I think it is at festvox.org
or something like that. I think a google will find them for you.
