help with gaining a network connection

hi
i'm using zipspeak with a doubletalk lite. i use a compaq deskpro 5133
p66/32ram and i am stuck with no net connection. please help me. i ran the
netconfig scrp and didn't get vary far. cause i ping my router successfully.
but when i open links i can't get websites. what to do?
