Message body too big: can I retrieve it?

I sent a rather long post to the list and it got moderated because it was just
over the size limit.  I seem to have forgotten to have Mutt make copies of my
outgoing messages.  I need to send the message again, but edit it somewhat.  Is
there any way to retrieve this message so I can edit and resend it?  The only
option I saw was to cancel it, which I guess will be done anyway.
