kernel 2.6.11 compile problems

Thanks, Terry, and John. Seems like I have a header file missing which I
should not be needing, and that has been shooting down my make modules
and make bzImage on the 2.6.11.6 kernel. It is looking for pio.h in the
directory include/config/scsi/eata, but that directory is empty. I
cannot find anything in the config file that seems to need that header
file, but its absence is my roadblock. Glad to know you got yours
working.
