ot: ogg playlists?

Howdy all.  The audiostreams we operate are via icecast and to receive it 
you address like
http://69.w.wer.214:8000/boulder.ogg

We've been asked by freedombox for a dot m3u link in order to go on their 
audio info services page.

I gather with the ogg extension, vareious ware is assuming it is a file 
only, and is asking whether you wanna download it or stream it.  You pick 
stream it, and it plays fine.

Any way to make this address into an m3u or something or other playlist??
