How about Apollo II ?

Hi Guys:  This is the first I remember seeing anything about a problem
with the Apolo II.  I cannot help with Slackware distributions or
Fedora (maybe Bill can there), but I'd like you to get a clean
kerneltree from ftp.kernel.org and use the speakup cvs checkout script
to built a kernel.  It should build no problem if not let's find out
why.  I use the Apolo II myself from time to time and I've not seen a
problem with it in a while so let's see what's wrong.
