Sure. Try:
grep 16 README
It's certainly in there. Whether those specific references satisfy your
question--well, that's a different matter, I suppose.
There are several references to diffrerent voices throughout the README,
both from the technical and descriptive perspective. Do:
grep -i quality README
for the latter.
Weren't you asking something about why there are different flite voices?
I guess I think the README addresses that.
