Error getting on Speak Freely reflector

Hi, I'm trying to join the speak Freely reflector. I'm using Speak
Freely for windows 7.2, and have filled in the server box with
"lwl.braille.uwo.ca:4074". 
However, I get an error that says "No data record available". Is this a
network problem? Or am I missing something.
