X update

I'm checking through Xorg0.log right now, and I don't see anything that jumps out at me as not working...I also don't see anything GNOME related. I'll try the runlevel way and see if that 
would work, however I'm not sure it would since it doesn't seem Gnome is fully starting. Or I could be wrong...?
