Ahh but if we add voice and tones to the keys in Speakup's speech
adjustments, you would have about the same thing without having a
separate utility.  The speakupconf script is already there and does
the saving and restoring of speech parameters so I don't know what
else the utils have but I would think it would be less overall
maintenance to incorporate the remaining parameters into Speakup's
controls and drop the other.  Just an idea of mine.
