I'll remove that block, and here's what I got from the fedora-release.

OK. My mistake as well. The gstreamer references require installing a GPG
key--but I should have pulled that part as it's not part of Fedora Core
itself. It's safe to just remove that block. What do you get from:
cat /etc/fedora-release
