OT: dpkg dependancy problems

What I recommend you do is remove that last package and get your dpkg
and apt configurations back to normal.  Then put this line in your
sources_list file:

deb http://jrfonseca.dyndns.org/debian ./

Then you can apt-get update and install the following three packages,
j2se-common, j2sdk1.4 and j2re1.4.  This site is a non-official debian
site which has many packages which debian won't carry because of
licensing issues.

Now, the manditory warning.  This site is run by a group outside of
debian so some of the packages may not be exactly bug/backdoor free.
I have had no problem with any of the packages I've retrieved but that
doesn't mean they are all clean and reliable so use at your own risk.

On the other hand if you need to stay on top of say java it's a greate
resource.
