Hi all. Needless to say, I figured out what my problem with losing the keyboard in 2.6.5 was. It appears that every time I reboot, I have to keep using the opposite PS/2 port in order to get
the keyboard back. And to make matters worse, it reverses every unfortunate time that I do have to reboot. And plugging in the mouse didn't do anything (I compiled in mouse support just in
case someone might help me get to an Xterm when we might watch Divx). In fact it made the problem worse by making me have to reverse the ports for the mouse/keyboard instead of just the
keyboard. I filed bug 2655 on bugzilla.kernel.org about this, just don't know if anything will come of it. My question is pretty much indicated in the subject...Has anyone ever had this
problem or could it be atributed to my hardware? Just figured I'd ask before I go assuming things. Thanks!
