Hi Vic,

To engage the cap lock function you need to press shift caplock,
and it will behave as you expect it to. With the CVS version, the
caplock key without the shift is now another so-called "speakup
key" like the numpad insert key. If you use the caplock key as
the speakup key, the keys under your right hand (j, k, l,
etcetera) allow you to review the screen. This is a convenience
for laptop users who may not have a numpad for reviewing
purposes.
