Someone else already gave the mutt option for this by including the
command inside quotes and a pipe symbol.  Keep in mind this replaces
the entire signature each time.  I would have thought of just piping
it into .signature but that file would be static so it wouldn't get
updated with new messages each time you use it.  So for fortune type
deals, the mutt option would be the better bet.  Note the previous
message on proper syntax.
