Hi all. Whenever I am reading a list of search results in say, Overnet
just to name an example, I will hear something like the following:
filename.mp34500871. This is when I have Speakup reading the entire
screen vs reviewing it line by line. I have also encountered similar
results reading some README files, except the difference is that it will
be 2 words spoken as one...i.e., charactersmadeupofstackedlines. Has
anyone experienced this type of problem? Also, does anyone know where in
the Dectalk Express driver the code for determining how many bytes
should be sent over the serial port at a time is defined? I am pretty
familiar with the speakup_dectlk.c file, however I believe a pointer or
2 might help just so I make sure not to accidentally modify the wrong
function call/wrong function itself. Thanks! P.S: I am currently using
Speakup-1.5. Is this perhaps fixed in Speakup-CVS?
