Try the J2SE v1.4.2_04 SDK

It is not an rpm, its a binary that extracts the files.
Pick the one that is .bin instead of .rpm
Execute that file in the dir you want to install it.
Note the =noreg in that link above (no registration required).
You do have to agree to their license to get the file.
