having trouble pinging trouble with router

Ok. Try this. Go to http://192.168.1.1. This is the default ip address 
for the router. When asked for username/password, use admin for both 
values. On the resulting webpage, go to the advanced link. Where it says 
block wan request, make sure the disable radio button is checked. Then 
go to apply, and things should work. At least this is the way it is with 
my BEFW11S4.
