alsa and loopback with sblive

can anybody tell me what settings I would need to use with alsamixer and 
the sblive to get loopback. Using commercial oss, I can record directly 
from whatever is being played by my soundcard to a wav file on my 
computer. This means I don't have to use a program like vsound. But I 
haven't figured out how to do this with alsa.
