I would however encourage you and anyone else to let bittorrent run
when you're not using the web, so that others can take advantage of
your files and bandwidth, and be able to download their images
faster. After all, there is a very good chance that you were able to
download as fast as you were, because somebody with a finished
download left their bittorrent session running. In fact, slackware has
the same plea on their bittorrent page.
