re-posting my question on aptitude, reply to the capitalization and pitch change and another question about voice rate and pitch change

I did look at the debian documentation on-line which had no specific 
mention of aptitude.  Actually part of my problem is I don't have man 
pages right now which is why all the dumb questions.    Thanks for your
