You're right. The terminal port has a picture of a terminal, and  That's the
one that accepts the break signal from a terminal. I just use Telix in DOS,
or Como and do an Alt-B or a CTRL-Scroll lock which sends a true long break
signal.  Dectalk will respond with the prompt "Setup". Then you can type:
	set spokensetup on

And after that it will voice everything it sends back to your terminal.
