Speakup & 2.6.6 kernel

Yes, that just started showing up in the 2.6.6 tree.  Truthfully I
haven't looked to close at the problem yet.  If the /dev/synth device
isn't being registered upon boot up then you cannot use that device to
send material to the synth.  I am not even aware of anyone using that
device these days so it isn't a big problem but it is one I will look
into at some point.
