Upgrading Rita

Those who have installed Rita 0.1 and wish to upgrade to 0.2 will
have to first delete the .rita directory which was created by 0.1
so that 0.2 can recreate it with the newly required configuration
file, rita.cfg. Otherwise you get a seg fault.
