cvs got new address

I found the listen-up cvs stuff over on linux-speakup.org, the 
braille.uwo.ca address isn't being used for that any longer.  When I built 
listen-up last night I used enable-all as one of the configuration options 
in the osalp library build.  Maybe that's why when trying to run listen-up 
against masteringoraclesql.bks it came back with shared library not found 
libaflib, I don't know but that was on a fedora core 1 system.
