clam reporting viruses

Hi all,
I recently installed Clam Antivirus. I have a question. I scanned a
directory on my server's hard drive, and the program reported that the
file was infected with the Exploit.DCOM.gen virus. However, I used Norton
Antivirus under Windows to scan the same exact file, and it came back with
no viruses. Can anyone shed some light on this? Is the file infected or
not? By the way, I have a slackware package with Clam Antivirus built if
anyone is interested.
