E: On Line Banking (was "Disappointment")

I just checked because there aren't banking centers or atms in my area
either; have been thinking about changing to them for a while though
because of braille statements and online banking. You can call and get the
foreign atm charge waived, but whether you can find a foreign atm where
you can deposit would be the question. otherwise, you'd have to mail in
deposits, which isn't the greatest option.
