speakup modules.

Hi.  Adding speakup_dtlk to /etc/modules will get the speakup module
loaded automatically during boot.  You won't get speech as early as you
will if you had the synth driver in the kernel, but it should start
talking early in the boot process.  If you want to use the help system
for speakup, you might want to also add speakup_keyhelp to /etc/modules.
