Patch to arch/ppc/Kconfig bombs with linux-2.6.3

Hi all,

     Apparently, the Kconfig files have been rewritten in 2.6.3, or, 
at least the one for ppc has.  Since it now sources drivers/Kconfig, and 
that file sources drivers/char/speakup/Kconfig, i think that the patch for 
the one in arch/ppc can be safely skipped.
     What y'all think?
