pgp_outlook variable

Hi all. I posted a message about this ealrier, I don't think it got
through tough so I'm posting it again. I've seen in vairous
configurations, the setting of the pgp_outlook_compat variable. I'm
starting to think that this is my problem. However, when I put
set_pgp_outlook_compat=yes in my .muttrc, Mutt complains that
pgp_outlook_compat is in invalid variable. I'm currently using
Mutt-1.3.28I. Is there a patch perhaps that enables the
pgp_outlook_compat variable? Thanks!
