Accessible Online Banking in Canada?

My appologies if this has already been discussed, but does anyone know of
a lynx (the cat) or links (the chain) friendly online banking site? The
cat is prefered, but the chain will do.

My bank recently started enforcing JS requirements and I wish to switch to
a bank that is more sensitive to my needs. My bank told me they are aware
of the issue with blind users and text browsers ,and suggest that I go out
and get windows and windows access technology so I can then use their
site.
