Well now that I look for it I can't find it in the manual, but as this
is a FAQ on the mutt-user list I have seen it several times. If it
doesn't work you might ask over there as I don't use maildir myself. The
address is mutt-users at mutt.org and you can post without subscribing. Be
warning, they'll tell you to set Reply-To if you want CC's and ask for
them in the message.
