speaking punctuation

Folks,

I was wondering which level will have Speakup speak all punctuation. I 
have a DoubleTalk and I'm using Speakup 2.0 cvs and as I go through the 
punctuation levels, I am reading a line of text and SPeakup is not 
speaking the number sign and other punctuation marks. I was wondering if 
level 0 would cause all to speak or not. If so then what could cause 
speakup not to speak these marks. I am using the Speakup review keys to 
review some text. Any help appreciated.
