emacspeak installation

Hello,
Is there a software synth that comes with Emacspeak?
I see via voice in the list, but I don't know if I need to purchase that, 
and if so, I may get the DecTalk instead.
I am using Artic Transport for my synth (Braille Pad), and I am in the 
middle of the point where Emacspeak wants me to choose a synth, but it 
cannot find the scripts for the Txprt synth.
