Second disk of FC3 doesn't work

I redownloaded all of them on the smae day...esterday.  It still failed the 
media check.

You need to be careful to get a complete set. You cannot mix one CD ROM
from this week with three from two weeks ago, for example.

So, if you had a problem with disc 2, and downloaded only disc 2, it's
almost certainly going to fail. The iso images that are provided on line
are kept very up to date with new RPM releases, so it is important to
notice the file size and date of each iso file. You need to make certain
to get a complete set that match each other.

I don't recall whether you already have a Linux computer, or if this
will be your first. But, if you do, you can check the integrity of each
file like this:

md5sum -c MD5SUM

You should check the iso files before burning to media, and you should
then check the media before beginning an installation.
