New upload Of FC3.

Dear Bill,

Should I go download this one just in case I can find an new machine to install my new "play pretty" on?  And, is the download any faster these days???

It seams that when the disks are built using mkisofs, isolinux.bin gets 
modified.  My current guess is that when I make the DVD image, it makes 
isolinux.bin incompatible with a regular CD, so the next time I gen disk 
1, it has the problem.  Not sure about this at all, or the best way to fix 
it properly.
