As Chuck says, it's not fatal. You can just press enter and continue.

What's happening is that you've reached a site that uses encrypted web
communications. That's generally a very good thing. But, nobody has
vouched for the authenticity of that site except the site itself, and
lynx is letting you know that fact.

The reason sites tend to sign their own certificates is that it's
prohibitively expensive for individual users to get a signed certificate
that will be recognized by most user agents.
