configuring cepstral with speech-dispatcher

Hello everyone:
Yesterday, I got one of the Cepstral voices and I have been playing with it.  I like it a lot, but I have not been able 
to configure it properly with speech-dispatcher.  I mean, the synthesizer talks when I send text via spd-say, but it 
reads other characters and stuff that is not supposed to.

If anyone has a working configuration file for cepstral/speech-dispatcher, can you mail it to me?
