Speakup on x86_64

You are correct speakup will not compile on any 64 bit machine that I
am aware of.  There is a problem which I have not been able to figure
out the answer to yet.  Admitedly I haven't spent much time on it yet
because of other projects.  If anyone does find a solution before I
get time to work on it please let me know.
