Proc Mail

Silly question but I am not sure and would like to know. I have 
an IMPORT rc.playlist in my procmailrc file and in the 
rc.playlikt file i have the following lines:

* ^TOcvs
|play /usr/local/sounds/mail/jetbell.wav

The question I have is this. Is the cvs in the TOcvs line the 
mailbox to which the mail is being sent or from where the mail is 
coming?
