Courier not writing logs

Hi all. I just noticed this problem today...Courier apparently isn't 
echoing its usual log messages to /var/log/syslog. All the daemons are 
working fine, I just get no log messages whatsoever. Does anyone know 
why this would happen? Thanks! P.S: I'm currently using Courier-0.45.4.
