lost my X console

Hi all. Disregard my previous msg, I got the Freedombox beta running. 
however, when I switch back to a text console, I can't seem to switch 
back to my X console. Everything seems to be running in tty7, however no 
way to get to it. I tried hitting alt+f7, and still no luck. has anyone 
ever had this problem? Thanks!
