KNOPPIX CD question

I ran into several problems with the setup.s file.
The format and fdflush seemed to give me problems.

I manually fdformat the floppy to /dev/fd0 and then used dd
to transfer the tomsrtbt.raw file to the floppy.

It works fine.  Give it a try and see if it works for you.
