need help with rh kernel

Hello listers,
I tried updating my packages using up2date today, and got an error
stating I need kernel version 2.4.20 for the new iptables to be
installed.
however, if I update to the kernel they want from their servers, I'm
guessing I'll lose speakup, and that just won't do. :)
I'm wondering if someone has an rpm of the latest redhat update kernel
with speakup compiled in that I could download, so I can update my
system.
